James ~ Owner
James is the “J” in Just Komfort Heating & Cooling and the backbone of our family business. With more than 20 years of experience in HVAC installation, he brings unmatched knowledge, precision, and pride to every project. As Owner and Lead Installer, James is dedicated to keeping families safe and comfortable year-round. Known for his honesty,craftsmanship, and down-to-earth personality, he treats every customer like a neighbor. When he’s not out in the field, you’ll find him spending time with family, tackling home projects, or out in the shop.
Gretchen ~ Co-owner
Gretchen is the heart behind Just Komfort Heating & Cooling and the voice of our mission: Local Experts. Honest Komfort. As Co-Owner and General Manager, she wears many hats—coordinating operations, caring for customers, and ensuring every detail reflects the pride and purpose of a true family business. Her dedication to supporting local families and building lasting relationships is what sets Just Komfort apart. Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys family time on the farm, community events, and watching the legacy grow through her son, Keenan.
Keenan ~ Install Apprentice
Keenan is the “K” in Just Komfort Heating & Cooling and represents the future of our family business. As our Install Apprentice, he’s hands-on in the field, learning the craft and values that make Just Komfort who we are. Keenan brings dedication and curiosity to everything he does—whether it’s learning HVAC installation, helping customers, or turning wrenches on his truck with James. When he’s not working or in the shop, he’s usually spending time with his best buddy, his dog Buck. Our dream is to one day pass the company on to him, continuing the legacy of honest, local Komfort with a K.
Chloe ~ Office Assistant
Chloe is the friendly voice and helping hand behind the scenes at Just Komfort Heating & Cooling. Working part-time from her home office, she manages scheduling, answers calls, and ensures every customer is taken care of with the same kindness and attention that define our family business. As the proud mom of two sweet kiddos—our grandbabies—Chloe brings warmth, patience, and a personal touch to everything she does. Her dedication keeps our team connected and our customers feeling right at home, no matter how busy the day gets.
